Good question. We could give you the sales pitch about how we are a truly independent local business serving the Edinburgh and Lothians market for twenty years with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Blah Blah Blah.

Whilst this is true it doesn’t actually mean anything unless we can meet and exceed your expectations as a customer, making your journey of buying materials as easy as possible with no faff and no nonsense along the way. We try and do that in a couple of ways.

All the products we showcase and sell online are carefully chosen and already proven sellers at our depot, all of which come from industry leading manufacturers and suppliers. So don’t worry about the quality of product, let us worry about that. It’s what we do.

Secondly, we are REAL people, we don’t have online “chat bots” that thank you for your order via a generic email or reply. When you order online with us, we try and take you through the entire journey as seamlessly as possible and there are always human beings to speak to, this will never change.

We aim to help put the fun and enjoyment back into your DIY Project by taking the stress away however we can. We will always keep you informed about the progress of your order right up until you actually get the materials.
